This savory condiment from Philadelphia-based recipe developer Robert Luessen is rich in vitamins B and C, potassium, and methionine, an essential amino acid that promotes tissue growth and repair.

  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper


  1. In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together until fully combined. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
