Ingredients

1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 tablespoon tahini
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon water
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
