Celebrity playlist: Elderbrook

The Grammy-winner shares his favorite energizing tracks

Elderbrook, the stage moniker of Londoner Alexander Klotz, first started experimenting with folk music. He then completely switched gears with his breakout dance single “Cola.” A collaboration with fellow British DJ CamelPhat, the song became a number one hit both in the UK and in the States on the Club charts, collecting 55 million streams, and subsequently scoring the duo a Grammy nod for best dance recording. Here, Elderbrook crafted a workout playlist for Furthermore that’s just like his smash: energetic and fierce. “The perfect gym track is something with good energy and good basslines,” he says. “They keep you going when you need that motivation. Music can pick you up when the treadmill or weights are kicking your butt.”
