Thin Mint Smoothie Bowl

- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 banana, preferably frozen
- ¼ cup fresh mint, stems removed
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup cacao nibs
Place all the ingredients except for the cacao nibs in a blender and pulse until smooth.
Pour into a bowl with an airtight lid and place in refrigerator until ready to be consumed.
Top with cacao nibs.
