Thin Mint Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 banana, preferably frozen
  • ¼ cup fresh mint, stems removed
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup cacao nibs

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients except for the cacao nibs in a blender and pulse until smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl with an airtight lid and place in refrigerator until ready to be consumed.

  3. To Serve 

    Top with cacao nibs.
