Amp up the heat with your favorite hot sauce.
“Greek yogurt is the most versatile condiment and a great healthy staple to have on hand,” says Denver-based recipe developer Julia Heffelfinger. “I like to add different spices or pastes like harissa or miso for a quick savory crema that’s great for grain bowls, dolloped on roasted vegetables, or as a sauce for proteins.”

- ½ cup 2% Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- Kosher salt
- In a small bowl, whisk all of the ingredients plus two tablespoons of water together until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to one week.
