“Greek yogurt is the most versatile condiment and a great healthy staple to have on hand,” says Denver-based recipe developer Julia Heffelfinger. “I like to add different spices or pastes like harissa or miso for a quick savory crema that’s great for grain bowls, dolloped on roasted vegetables, or as a sauce for proteins.”
