Yields ⅓ cup

 

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup light mayonnaise, preferably Hallman’s
  • 1 tablespoon Thai chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk all of the ingredients together until smooth. Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
