Place tuna in an airtight container. In a separate container, place cabbage, scallions, pickled ginger, soy-vinegar sauce, salt, pepper, and lemon juice and mix well. Store everything in the fridge.

Transfer cabbage mixture to a plate and top with the tuna. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
