The artist known as Gallant earned acclaim for his honest lyrics and captivating falsetto vocals. He broke out in 2016 with his album Ology (earning him a Grammy nod for Best New Artist), but now the 27-year-old singer-songwriter is back with a sophomore album, Sweet Insomnia. The lead single "Sharpest Edges" touches on Gallant's own struggles with depression.
Ahead of the October 25 release, the Washington, D.C. native curated a lineup of his favorite tracks for Furthermore which, he says, is a "lazy, lo-fi disorienting workout playlist for the insomniac who’s looking to get a few reps in.”
