Zara Larsson’s career as a pop star keeps her fit: “I dance a lot, which I absolutely love,” says the native Swede, known for her singles “Never Forget You,” and “So Good.” “Dancing doesn’t feel like exercise, but I know it’s a great workout.”
She’s currently more active than ever, thanks to a global tour that began on June 9. It’s in support of her highly anticipated third album, which features the rising hit “All The Time” as its lead single.
Still, touring can be notoriously difficult when it comes to nutrition. “It is really a challenge to stay healthy on the road since we are constantly looking for quick places to get food,” Larsson says, noting that she favors ingredients like berries and avocado. “I really just try to focus on balancing what I eat.”
