- ¼ cup unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
Combine all ingredients in a small airtight container and store in the fridge.
