Nuoc Cham Sauce
Garlic-chili paste provides metabolism-boosting heat.
“This healthier version of the traditional Vietnamese dressing doesn’t have any added fat and replaces granulated sugar with just a touch of honey to balance the acidity,” says New York City-based recipe developer Laura Rege.
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic-chile paste
Whisk all ingredients together with 1 teaspoon of water until the honey is dissolved then store in an airtight container in the fridge.
