Coconut Ranch Dressing
This DIY sauce is great for salads, fish, and meat.
Coconut is high in medium-chain triglycerides, a healthy saturated fat that can be beneficial to immunity and good cholesterol. Here, New York City-based recipe developer Laura Rege uses coconut yogurt to lighten up classic ranch dressing.

- ¼ cup plain coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Whisk together coconut yogurt, dill, vinegar, garlic, two tablespoons water, and sea salt until fully combined and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
