Using the veggie instead of traditional bread is a great way to get added nutrients first thing in the morning, says Lauren Blake, RD, of Whole Living Lauren. The key to getting a firmer texture that resembles toast is making sure the cauliflower is dry and any excess water is soaked out after pulsing the florets.
