Fruit and Nut Cereal

- 1 medium apple, chopped
- 1 small banana, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- ¼ cup raw walnuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup (optional)
Place apple, banana, blueberries, flaxseed, walnuts, and cinnamon in an airtight container and keep the milk in a separate airtight container; store everything in the fridge.
