Citrus and Yogurt Pizza

Use two types of oranges for this fruit-forward recipe.

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey
  • ½ lemon, zested
  • 1 easy breakfast pizza crust
  • 1 cara cara orange, peeled and sliced
  • 1 mandarin orange, peeled and sliced


  1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and lemon zest until smooth and fully combined; transfer to an airtight container.

  2. Place breakfast pizza in a separate airtight container and both oranges in a third airtight container; store everything in the fridge.

At Your Desk

  1. Spread the lemon-yogurt mixture on the pizza crust and top with sliced oranges.
