Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, toss the garbanzo beans with olive oil and season with cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer to a baking sheet and roast for 12 minutes. Stir garbanzo beans and continue roasting for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge.
