Ingredients

1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground clove
2 teaspoons ground allspice
1 teaspoon cayenne
2 teaspoons ground coriander seed
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon salt

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together. Place spice mixture in a skillet over medium-high heat and toast until fragrant, about two minutes. Remove from heat and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
