Ingredients

  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon golden flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon black quinoa

Directions

  1. Combine all and toast in a small skillet over low heat, stirring constantly, about three to five minutes. Remove from heat and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
