“Pumpkin seeds are an underutilized ingredient,” says Philadelphia-based recipe developer Robert Luessen. They’re loaded with heart-healthy fats and vitamin B.
Combine all and toast in a small skillet over low heat, stirring constantly, about three to five minutes. Remove from heat and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
Spices and herbs eliminate the need for excess sugar, salt, and fat.
