Sesame-hazelnut yogurt bowl

Dress up a simple dish with crushed rose petals.

1 cup grass-fed plain Greek yogurt
1 banana, sliced
2 teaspoons honey 
2 tablespoons chopped and toasted hazelnuts
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Pinch of dried rose petals, crushed



In an airtight container, add the yogurt, banana, and honey.  Place hazelnuts, sesame seeds, and rose petals in a separate container and store everything in the fridge.
