FIT CHEF HOW-TO: COCONUT-CASHEW GRANOLA

The secret to making delicious, homemade granola is spreading the mixture in a rectangular shape on a sheet tray and baking it at a lower temp (300 degrees) without any stirring, says Gartland. Doing so yields bigger, crunchier, clusters.
