Pumpkin Seed Pesto Flank Steak
A healthy, fall-inspired take on the classic protein

- Place the farro and spinach in a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 2 minutes on high. When there is 30 seconds left, place your sliced steak into the microwave and finish for the remaining 30 seconds. Take out of the microwave and dress with the pumpkin seed pesto and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
