Apple Relish Pork Tenderloin Bowl
Put your fall fruit bounty to good use.
Apples are an autumn superfood, but they’re not all created equal. This recipe from Seattle-based chef Dana Tough of ChefSteps calls for Granny Smiths, a variety that has 13 times more phytonutrients than a Ginger Gold.
In a mixing bowl, combine kale, raisins, pine nuts, lemon juice, and mix well. Place in an airtight container. In two separate containers, place the pork and relish. Store everything in the fridge.
