Green goddess marinade

Upgrade roasted chicken with this easy, flavorful dressing.

Yields 2 cups


In a high speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.


2 scallions
1 small shallot, quartered
1 ¼ cup packed cilantro
1 cup packed basil leaves
¼ cup packed mint leaves
3 tablespoons fish sauce
4 small garlic cloves
1 lemon, zested
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 nectarines, peeled and pitted
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
