Chicken Chile Verde

- 1 cup sous vide chicken, diced
- ½ cup salsa verde
- ½ cup corn
- ½ avocado
- 8 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 4 sprigs pickled cilantro
In an airtight container, combine the chicken, salsa verde, and corn.
In a separate airtight container, place the avocado, cherry tomatoes, and pickled cilantro. Store everything in the fridge.
At your desk:
Microwave the chicken, salsa verde, and corn for two minutes on high. Slice the avocado and add as a topping along with cherry tomatoes and pickled cilantro. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
