Chicken Chile Verde
You only need 8 ingredients for this healthy soup.

- 1 cup sous vide chicken, diced
- ½ cup salsa verde
- ½ cup corn
- ½ avocado
- 8 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 4 sprigs pickled cilantro
In an airtight container, combine the chicken, salsa verde, and corn.
Ina separate airtight container, place the avocado, cherry tomatoes, and pickled cilantro. Store everything in the fridge.
At your desk:
- Microwave the chicken, salsa verde, and corn for two minutes on high. Slice the avocado and add as a topping along with cherry tomatoes and pickled cilantro. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
