- ¼ cup raw cashews
- ½ cup boiling water
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 tablespoon white miso paste
- 1 tablespoon brown rice vinegar
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high speed for one minute until creamy.
Store dressing in an airtight container in the fridge.
