Miso-Cashew Dressing

  • ¼ cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon brown rice vinegar


  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high speed for one minute until creamy.

  2. Store dressing in an airtight container in the fridge.
