2017 Grammy Playlist
Grammys DJ Michelle Pesce's 12 songs to get you ready to watch (and listen)
Award show season is in full swing. Next up: The Grammys. On Sunday, February 12th, the most talented musical artists in the country will convene at the Staples Center in Los Angeles to see who takes home the gilded gramophone in categories ranging from Best New Artist to Song of the Year.
To get you pumped up for the big show (with performances by Adele, Bruno Mars, Keith Urban, Kelsea Ballerini, and more), DJ Michelle Pesce, The Official GRAMMY® Celebration Party DJ, created this playlist. “When putting together a Grammy Playlist I like to mix up downtempo and uptempo songs as well as new and old school ones,” says Pesce, “I choose songs from Grammy performers, current nominees (new or throwback songs), and those who have had a big year or passed away.”
Stay tuned: We’re spending the day with Pesce on Sunday as she gets ready for the show. She’ll take us through her day-of workout, wellness rituals (she loves to juice fresh fruits and veggies at home), red carpet walk, and of course the after-party excitement.
