Recipe: Kale Martini

NYC's Chalk Point Kitchen has a fresh and local focus that extends to their imaginative cocktail menu. Including the lean, green star of the show.

Ingredients:
Ice
Soda water
1 oz fresh pressed cucumber juice
½ oz fresh pressed celery juice
1 oz fresh pressed lime juice
½ oz fresh pressed lemon juice
½ oz fresh pressed kale juice
½ oz  Ginger beer

1½ oz Absolut orient apple vodka

Directions:
1. Put ice and soda water in a martini glass to chill. Set aside. 

2. Add ice to a shaker and pour all measured juices and ginger beer, one by one, over top. 

3. Add apple vodka and shake vigorously. 

4. Empty the martini glass and pour the contents of the shaker into the glass. Serve and enjoy.
