Rachel Roy designs easy, modern pieces for women who do it all — a group that without question includes her. By day she creates her collection, which counts no less than First Lady Michelle Obama as a fan. By night the New Yorker is all about family time with her two daughters. While maximizing every minute, she also makes a point to find moments for herself. “It’s so important as women to take time for ourselves, as we spend so much time taking care of others," says Roy. On the eve of her Spring 2013 RTW New York Fashion Week showing, Roy shares "...a few of my favorite things that help keep me healthy — mind, body and spirit.”
